1.       Experience in numerous large partnerships with in excess of 200 people, as a Committee Member and/or assistant and/or consultant, also IPO, bridge capital, reverse mergers and other transactions

7.       Experience with Regulators that may contact a corporation or partnership, even a successful and thriving one, including

8.       Basic legal background and/or experience, with extensive legal contacts

9.       Willing to commit at least 20 hours per week

10.    Normally reachable around the clock for emergencies

11.    Verifiable background  and track record of accurate forecasting, profitable transactions, successful fund raising and references that include multiple declarations under penalty of perjury documenting 25 years of integrity and keeping his word.

12.    Experience and/or knowledge regarding licensing and/or patents

13.    Knowledge of analyzing business and financial opportunities and strategies

14.    Experience coordinating, organizing and chairing large partnership meetings and Management Committee conference calls or similar experience

30.    Experience and/or aptitude relating to abstract intuitive and “out of the box” thinking as applied to business & legal strategies, risk management and damage recovery.

31.    Experience creating and coordinating ballots and motions for large partnerships.

32.    Familiar with the concepts contained within the "50 Key Points" articulated by "The Strategic Consultant"

33.    Familiar with the concepts employed within the 20+ various exit strategies outlined in this Memorandum.

34.    Experience working with financial, legal, marketing, and sales professionals.

35.    Natural aptitude for strategy improving situations and strategic planning.

36.    Historically provable ability to forecast, foresee or intuit future technology, trends and/or events.

37.    Ability, aptitude and commitment to coordinate or to perform work, create strategies and concepts and oversee implementation consistent with high six to mid eight figure compensation and packages, since this type of extensive specialized experience is normally $300 - $600 per hour.
